We support Wincor Nixdorf with the implementation of their new strategy. Their PS Consulting staff has been trained to apply Issue Based Consulting as their leading approach to solve customers’ Issues.
NTT Data Germany adapted the Issue Based Consulting method as the approach for their consultants. From 2008 on we are their partner and trained the NTT staff in Germany. (NTT Data Germany was formerly known as Cirquent)

For IBM (also adapted Issue Based Consulting as their consulting approach) we previously did the development, organization and execution of IT Service Management Training for several countries. (The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, US.)

For ING’s IT department in the Netherlands we executed several consulting engagements regarding Cost Optimization, IT Data Center Consolidation and IT Process audits. During these engagements we applied the Issue Based Consulting method.
